Our typical turnaround time is 1-5 business days. However, there may be delayed processing and response times over the holidays. All orders placed after December 17th will have additional processing time and may not ship until early January 2024. How long before an order ships?

Items are not reserved until they are purchased. For example, if there is a flash sale for a highly sought-after and limited product, many customers online may add the item to their carts while it is available, but the item is reserved only for the first customers to complete their purchase. As a result, it's possible for an item to be sold to other customers even though it was added to your cart at some point.

I had an item in my cart but now it's sold out.

We only have what's available on the website. There may be some items available on tour that we may not have and vice versa. It is possible that one day we will receive items that are currently sold on tour, but we can't confirm this in advance. Feel free to check back on the site a few weeks after the tour ends, as that's when these remaining items will likely be available.

Do you have the same items sold on tour?

Products do sometimes get restocked if they are not limited edition. For music products, the label or artist may announce a restock or reissue of one or more back titles, but we generally don't know this in advance here at the store. For apparel, posters, or accessories from previous releases, we generally do not restock once an item has sold out. There are exceptions, but this is not the norm.

If you are referring to a music title or a newer merch item, please let us know that you need more help and which item(s) you're interested in, and we can look into it.

Do you ever restock products?

There are size guides available for most of our apparel products. There should be a link under the available sizes on the product page. We recommend taking a similar garment you own that fits you well, laying it out on a flat surface, measuring it and comparing the measurements to those found in the size guide. Please note that while most garments are pre-shrunk, depending on how you wash and dry them, the garment could still shrink a bit (2-5%). If there is no size guide visible, please let us know and we'll do what we can to help!

How do I pick the right size?
